After attending Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, Dr. Jay Levin graduated from Rush Medical College, Chicago, Illinois in 1980 followed by an orthopedic surgical residency at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center from 1980 - 1985 where he was honored as “Intern of the Year.” He pursued additional training in spinal surgery and completed a fellowship in adult and pediatric spine surgery at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center and The Shriner’s Hospital for Crippled Children under the direction of renowned spinal surgeon, Dr. Ronald DeWald. He was a founding member of Adult & Pediatric Orthopedics, S.C where he practiced until 2021. Dr. Levin is on Castle Connolly’s List of America’s Top Doctors in the Chicago Metro Area and is named by Chicago Magazine as a Top Doctor in the area. Dr. Levin is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. At Levin Orthopedics. S.C. he brings years of expertise in the treatment of Workers’ Compensation patients.
